- On equipment. Machines, vehicles, ladders and tools, so a fault is reported against the exact asset.
- At entrances and reception. So visitors and contractors can report or raise a concern as they arrive.
- In high-risk zones. Loading bays, plant rooms, chemical stores, anywhere the consequences of a missed hazard are higher.
- On noticeboards and welfare areas. Where people naturally stop and have a moment to scan.
